What we collect
When you submit a case, we collect the business information you enter (business and legal name, industry, phone, address, website, categories, service areas, what Google shows, and notes about the profile), your contact name and business email, and which documents you say you can provide. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. We do not collect payment details on this site.
If you engage us, we also receive the documents you send for the appeal and Manager access to your listing.
How we use it
Only to diagnose your listing, prepare and submit appeals, monitor the listing if you subscribe, send you messages about your case, and invoice you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the form.
- Resend delivers our case emails.
- Google receives the evidence and appeal you approve, through its own tools.
How long we keep it
Case information is kept for as long as you are a customer and for up to two years after, for our records. Documents you send for an appeal are deleted within 90 days after the case closes, unless you are on the protection plan and ask us to keep them on file.
Your choices

Analytics
We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to count visits. No advertising cookies are set.
